Maybe I am wrong though? It’s rich, decadent, and every bit as good as the real thing. This looks great and I always have tahini on hand. I made this today, it was SO delicious but the texture was gritty and almost dry (I’m not quite sure how to explain it). My children will love this icecream much. As far as dairy-free ice cream goes, coconut ice cream is by far the best.
