I’d really like that they introduce a redesigned controller for Xbox instead of just adding small tweaks and call it a day. If you played 1-2 Switch and playe the minigame with the pebbles then you'd know how precise the haptic feedback can be. But the haptics, the variable resistance of the trigger, the included microphone, speaker, touchpad (that’s a gimmick but at least is an additional button) and the sensors like accelerometer make it a much more advanced controller than the one on Xbox. Haptic Feedback has become one of those buzzwords that's becoming synonymous with PS5 - and to some extent the Xbox Series X too. it's a controller. Look at the touch pad on the DS4, look at HD rumble on switch, look at the haptic triggers on the One controller, look wider at things like Kinect, 3D gaming monitors etc.
